Your club, a machine that keeps customers active on autopilot
BookrGo Scripts are marketing and retention automations for sports clubs and venues. Each script chains scenes — entry, a message by email, SMS (text message), WhatsApp or push, a wait, a branch on a condition and a charge — and is triggered by a real event: a booking, a failed fee, a pass about to expire or a member who hasn’t come in for weeks. You start from ready-made scripts (first contact, win-back, payment recovery, membership cycle), see what each one costs before switching it on, and the system respects every person’s consent according to their country and a quiet-hours window.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
Win over the person who just found you, turn them into a paying customer and keep them: every step has its script, and the script starts on its own when something happens at your club. Nobody on the team has to remember anything.
What gets lost because nobody had time
- The person who booked once, liked it, and never heard from you again.
- The member who stopped coming in October and cancelled in January without anyone noticing.
- The rejected fee discovered at the end of the month, when there are already three.
- And the court freed up at the last minute that stays empty.
Winning, converting and keeping customers isn’t a campaign: it’s what happens to each one, handled at the right moment.
Scripts read the same data you manage bookings, fees, passes and classes with. When someone books, pays, has a charge fail or stops coming, they enter their script; when they do what you were after, they leave it. No lists to export and no reminders in a notebook.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Ready-made scripts to clone
First contact, Win-back, Member going quiet, Pass about to expire, Payment recovery, Ongoing non-payment and Membership cycle. Clone them, change the wording, waits or conditions, and switch them on.
Triggered by what happens at your club
Booking confirmed or cancelled, start of a booking or class, fee charged or failed, pass about to expire, sign-up, check-in or cancellation on the member record, and N days without a visit since the last one.
Waits that end early and branches on conditions
A three-day wait ends early if the person has already booked or paid, and a branch separates members from everyone else. Nobody gets a “we miss you” the day after coming back.
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and push
Each message picks its channel: email to explain, SMS and WhatsApp for what is urgent, and push notifications for people who have the app.
Member messaging →Court freed, waiting list notified
When someone cancels, the slot is offered to whoever was waiting for it before it goes empty.
Online booking →Birthdays and rain, automated too
A birthday greeting with an offer on the day, and when the forecast says rain, a message offering an indoor court or a different time.
You know what it costs before switching it on
Every script projects its monthly cost, scene by scene: what fits in your plan, what would go over it and what costs nothing. And the cost per customer won, to compare with an ad.
Consent and quiet hours, built in
The system tells service messages from commercial ones apart, applies the law of each person’s country and holds anything that would land in the middle of the night until quiet hours end.
The limits, before you ask
- Commercial messages only go to people who can receive them under the law of their country; that person’s “no” always wins, even over a script already running.
- Campaign email, SMS and WhatsApp carry a monthly allowance depending on your plan, and without allowance they don’t go out: nothing is sent on credit to bill you later. Service emails and push notifications don’t count.
- A script only writes to people who already have a relationship with your club — they booked, bought, signed up or follow you: we don’t buy or upload outside contact lists.
- The projected effect is an estimate: it uses what has been measured at your club when there is enough data and, otherwise, the median of similar venues, and it tells you which one it is using.
Questions we always get
What is a script and how is it different from a campaign?
A campaign goes out one day to a list. A script stays on and handles each person at their own moment: they enter when something happens to them — they book, stop coming, a charge fails — and leave when they do what you were after.
How many messages does each plan include?
Campaign emails per month: Essential: 1,000 · Club: 4,000 · Grande: 9,000. SMS: Club: 15 · Grande: 40. WhatsApp: Club: 100 · Grande: 250. If you run short, packs can be bought from the panel. Service emails and push notifications don’t use the allowance.
Do I have to build scripts from scratch?
No. You start from scripts already written to win customers, win them back, recover payments and renew fees, and confirmation and reminder messages come built in with your venue. Change whatever you like or switch them off.
What happens if someone comes back halfway through a win-back script?
They leave the script. Every wait has an early exit: if the person books or pays while waiting, they don’t get the messages that came after.
Can I see what went out and what didn’t?
Yes. Every send is logged in an inbox with its status, and anything skipped carries the reason: no consent, no contact details, no allowance or quiet hours.

What it costs to have this running
Scripts are on every plan. What you pay for is the sending that costs money — campaign email, SMS and WhatsApp — and each plan includes its allowance; pricing is published.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
