The invoice you’re asked for, on the spot and without skipping a number

BookrGo invoicing issues, from the venue panel, simplified, full and corrective invoices in your club’s name, numbered in gap-free series. Each invoice goes into a hash-chained record and carries a verification QR code on the PDF; it cannot be deleted, it is corrected with a corrective invoice. The register of issued invoices exports to CSV. And the record is submitted to the Spanish tax agency (Veri*factu) without you doing anything.

What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.

Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.

You enter your tax details once. From then on, each invoice comes out numbered in its series, chained to the previous one and with its QR code, and the invoice register exports whenever your accountant asks for it.

What happens with an invoice today

  • A customer asks for an invoice and you have to open another tool.
  • Numbering is kept by hand and one day a number gets skipped.
  • And at quarter end the accountant asks for the list nobody has.

The invoice comes from the same place you charge.

There is no copying the customer or the amount into a separate program: the invoice is issued from the panel that already holds your bookings, fees and passes, and the customer sees it in their private area.

Look yourself up: your venue is already there

You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.

What stops being your problem

Simplified, full or corrective

Simplified by default; full with the customer’s details; corrective with its reason and linked to the one it corrects.

Series without gaps

Each series keeps its own counter and two invoices issued at once can’t take the same number. The panel checks every series for gaps.

A chained record

Each invoice stores a hash that includes the previous one’s. If anyone altered one, the chain would stop matching, and the panel checks it.

QR code and hash on the PDF

Every invoice PDF carries the verification QR code and the record’s hash.

It isn’t deleted: it is corrected

An issued invoice can’t be edited or deleted. A mistake is fixed with a corrective invoice, which leaves a trail of both.

The register, in one file

The register of issued invoices, with base, tax, total and hash for each, exports to CSV for your accountant.

The limits, before you ask

  • It is built for Spanish rules: Spanish tax ID, VAT and Spain’s record-keeping mode. It doesn’t export structured e-invoice formats.

Questions we always get

Who appears as the issuer of the invoice?

Your club, with its legal name and tax ID. Without those two details the panel won’t issue: you enter them once in the tax settings.

Can I cancel an invoice made in error?

It isn’t deleted: you issue a corrective invoice with the reason, which cancels it for the full amount and stays linked to it.

How does the customer get their invoice?

If the invoice is made out to a customer with an account, they see it in their private area with its QR code. The venue can also download the PDF to hand over.

Which VAT rate applies?

The one you set in your tax settings, with a general rate and a separate one for membership fees, and whether your prices include VAT or not.

What it costs to have this running

Pricing is published, with what each plan includes. Issuing invoices isn’t paid for separately.

If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
