Your town’s sports facilities, without the phone ringing
BookrGo is management software for leisure centres and municipal sports facilities: online booking of courts and halls from the browser or the app, with no account needed for residents, a booking cap per person, member sign-ups approved by the centre, a front-desk role that cannot see payments, and access tied to the booking. If the facility charges, the money lands in the council’s or the operator’s own account.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Online booking for courts and rooms, per-person quotas, member sign-ups and access tied to the booking. The price is published and there is no lock-in.

The first 9 months of charges, commission-free. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
Right now the phone is the booking system
- The desk spends the whole morning writing hours onto a sheet.
- The same five people always end up with the good slots.
- And the keys: who has them, who returned them, who came in yesterday.
Management software charges you for the hours you sell. Ours also works the ones you don’t.
Your town’s facilities appear in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where residents already search by city and sport for somewhere to play. And if a facility is free there is no charge, so there is no commission either.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
The court books itself, Sundays included
Real-time schedule and booking with no account for anyone who just wants one hour. The desk stops being the bottleneck.
Online booking →So the same five people don’t take every slot
You set a weekly peak-hour quota per person and the system enforces it on its own. Nobody has to say no to a neighbour at the desk.
Online booking →You decide who counts as a member
Sign-ups land in a list and your team approves them one by one. Everyone else can still book, but as general public.
Members and fees →One price for residents and another for everyone else
Prices are set by type of user on top of court, day and time slot: resident, member or general public. A neighbour on the register you import pays the resident rate with nobody at the desk having to check.
Members and fees →Your team signs in without seeing the centre’s figures
The front-desk role sees the day, the bookings and the sign-ups, and sees no payments, invoicing or statistics. Nobody shares a password to cover a shift.
The door opens with the booking
Credentials valid only for the booked hour, with a record of who came in. No more handing out keys and chasing them.
Access control →Courses fill up without a paper list
Each course has its places and its waiting list: a cancelled place goes to the next in line with no phone calls.
Courses and places →The facility gets paid, not a middleman
If the facility charges, the money lands in its account and we deduct its plan’s percentage (2% with no fee, 0% on Grande). If it charges nothing, there is no fee to deduct.
Payments and deposits →The data comes out whenever it is asked for
Bookings and members as CSV, schedule over iCal, plus an API with webhooks. Reporting how a facility is used stops being a manual count.
Integrations →And this is what a resident looking for somewhere to play sees
Every facility has a public page with sports, hours, location and booking. It is the same page that shows up when somebody searches for their town’s leisure centre.
What it actually costs you
| Collected online per month | With BookrGo, on the plan that costs you least | With a market percentage commission |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | 10 (Free) | 75 |
| 2,000 | 40 (Free) | 300 |
| 5,000 | 79 (Essential) | 750 |
| 10,000 | 99 (Grande) | 1,500 |
With BookrGo you pay 2% of what you collect online with no fee, and a fixed plan lowers it down to 0%: each row picks the plan that costs you least, plan fee included. Figures are in your own currency; plan fees are published in euros. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %). Players never pay a booking fee, and your members’ bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan.
The limits, before you ask
- We don’t query the municipal register online against the town hall. We work with the list the municipality hands you and you import; who counts as a member is decided and approved by your team, with the town’s own criteria.
- We are not an accredited digitalisation provider for public grant schemes and we do not process subsidies: we cannot sign a grant delivery agreement.
- If the facility charges online it needs a Stripe account in the name of whoever runs it — the council or its operator — and Stripe, not us, runs the verification.
- Access control needs your own hardware and your own contract with the supplier: we issue the credentials, we don’t sell the lock.
Questions we always get
How much does it cost, and what does each plan include?
There are four plans, and every feature is on all of them. The percentage is taken from what you collect online. Free: 0 € a month and 2%; Essential: 19 € a month (190 € a year) and 1.2%; Club: 49 € a month (490 € a year) and 0.6%; Grande: 99 € a month (990 € a year) and 0%. What changes between plans is that commission and the allowance of campaign emails and invoices included each month. The plan fee is billed in euros, the commission is deducted from each online charge, and the player never pays a booking fee.
Does this have to go out to tender?
That is not ours to decide: it depends on the amount and on your own procurement rules. What we can put on the table is that the price is published, that there is no fixed fee and no lock-in, and that being listed in the catalogue is free. If the facility doesn’t charge online, there is no amount to procure at all.
Can this be paid for with a grant or a digitalisation scheme?
We are not an accredited provider and we do not process grants, so we cannot sign a delivery agreement with you. The reason it is rarely needed is the amount: being listed is free and charging online costs 2% of what is collected, with no monthly fee per facility.
What if our facilities are free for residents?
Then you pay nothing: the commission is a percentage of what is collected online (2% with no fee), and where there is no charge there is no commission. The schedule, the per-person quota and member sign-ups work just the same.
Can we pay by direct debit?
Yes, and it is the first option offered: what you pay us can be debited from the council’s or the operator’s account, with the mandate signed on screen and nobody having to produce a credit card. Our plan is billed in euros, so direct debit works anywhere in the SEPA area, including from a UK account. The commission on each charge never arrives as a separate bill: it is deducted from the charge itself.
Can front-desk staff use it without seeing the payments?
Yes. The front-desk role sees the day, the bookings and the sign-ups, and sees no payments, invoicing or centre statistics. It is a role of its own, not a trimmed-down manager account.
Does a resident need to download an app to book?
No. Bookings can be made from the browser with no account at all. The app is there for whoever wants it, but it is not a requirement to use the facility.
Can we leave and take the data with us?
Yes. Bookings and members export to CSV whenever you want, with no permission to ask and nobody to wait for, and there is no lock-in to cancel.
Does the booking money go through you?
No. Charges run through a Stripe account in the name of the council or the operator, and the money lands in their bank account; we only deduct the plan’s percentage from each online charge. If the facility doesn’t charge, there is nothing to deduct.
Can it run alongside the booking system we already use?
Yes, if that system publishes an iCal feed: its bookings block the same hours here, and ours can be read there. The feed is re-read every 15 minutes, so within that window an hour just taken there may still be offered here.

Plans are published with their price and what each one includes. No call first, no custom quote.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
