Your name on your customers’ home screen, not ours
BookrGo’s club app is your website, installable on the phone: on your own domain, your customers add it to their home screen and it shows your club’s name, icon and colour, opening on your page with booking, fees and the member area. And with your own QR code, the BookrGo app dresses in your colour and name. It is not an app published in the stores under your brand.
What it costs: the branded install runs on your own domain, which is included in any paid plan, from 19 € a month. There is no development or store fee to pay on top.
Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
Your website installs on the phone like any other app, with the club’s icon and colour. It opens on your page, with your bookings, your fees and the member area one tap away.
What a “club app” costs you today
- A development quote that doesn’t fit in the year’s budget.
- An app under somebody else’s name, where your club is one more in the list.
- And your members saving your site as a bookmark they never open again.
Your app isn’t a project: it is your website, installed.
What you change in the panel — hours, prices, photos — is in the app right away, because it is the same page. No version to publish and no store review to wait for.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
The club’s name, icon and colour
You upload your icon, choose the short name and one of the six palette colours. That is what shows on the home screen and when it opens.
On your domain, not ours
The app lives at your club’s address, without the BookrGo badge in the footer. Both are included in any paid plan.
The club website →It opens on your page
Tapping the icon brings up your club’s page, and from there booking, fees and the member area, without leaving the app.
Online booking →A QR code that dresses the app in your brand
Anyone already using the BookrGo app scans your QR code at the desk and the app opens your page and switches to your colour, with a band at the top showing your icon and name.
No stores and no reviews
It installs from the phone’s browser. No developer account to open and no store approval to wait for.
Switch it off whenever you want
One switch in the panel stops offering the branded install, without touching your website.
The limits, before you ask
- It is not a native app published on the App Store or Google Play under your brand: it is your installable website. What is in the stores is the BookrGo app.
- The branded install needs your own domain. And the installed app doesn’t send push notifications or work offline: notices arrive by email or through the BookrGo app.
- Club mode in the BookrGo app changes the colour and adds your band, but it doesn’t hide the rest of the catalogue: your customer can still look for other places.
Questions we always get
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. On Android it installs from the browser; on iPhone, with “Add to Home Screen” from Safari. On both it shows your icon and your name.
Do I have to update the app when I change something?
No. It is your page: what you change in the panel is what people see when they open it, with no versions to publish.
Can I use any colour?
You choose from six colours, tuned so text stays readable on top. The icon is yours, whatever you upload.
Is there an app in the stores with my club’s name?
No. Today what carries your brand is your installed website and club mode in the BookrGo app.

What it costs to have this running
Pricing is published, with what each plan includes. Your own domain and removing the badge come with every paid plan.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
