Every notice goes out on its own, on time, to people who want it
BookrGo notices are email and push messages that go out on their own from what happens at your venue: booking confirmation and reminder, class reminder, fee charged or failed, pass about to expire. Each script can be edited or switched off, respects every person’s consent and a quiet-hours window, and every email carries one-click unsubscribe. You can also write to one person from their profile, or email a segment of your members.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
The booking reminder, the fee that couldn’t be charged, the pass that expires next week: they come from what happens at your venue, not from a list somebody has to remember to send.
What gets announced by hand today
- The group chat where nobody reads anything any more.
- Exporting emails into another tool to send one notice.
- And the member who finds out their payment failed when they can no longer get in.
A notice isn’t a campaign: it is what is happening to your member, told in time.
Notices come from the same data you manage bookings, fees and passes with. There is no list to maintain and no contacts to copy: if someone unsubscribes, they stop receiving them right then.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
The usual notices, already written
Booking confirmed or cancelled, a reminder 24 hours before, class reminder, fee charged or failed and expiring pass. You change the wording or switch them off.
Win back the ones who drifted away
Ready-made scripts for the member who hasn’t come in for weeks, the payment to retry or the pass about to expire, with their wait and their reminder.
Memberships →Nothing goes out in the middle of the night
There is a quiet-hours window, 22:00 to 08:00 by default, in your venue’s time zone. Anything that falls inside it is held and sent when it ends, not lost.
The system checks consent
Service notices are kept apart from campaigns, and that person’s “no” always wins. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works without logging in.
Write to the right people, not everyone
To one person from their profile, or by email to a segment — not in for a month, pass about to expire — without taking the contacts out of the panel.
You see what went out and what didn’t
An inbox with what was sent, what is waiting and what was skipped, with the reason: no consent, no email, quiet hours.
The limits, before you ask
- Campaign email carries a monthly allowance depending on your plan, and without allowance it doesn’t go out: nothing is sent on credit to bill you later. Service notices, such as confirmations and reminders, don’t count.
- We don’t track opens or clicks, and a send can’t be scheduled for a chosen date and time.
Questions we always get
How many campaign emails does each plan include?
Per month: Free: 0 · Essential: 1,000 · Club: 4,000 · Grande: 9,000. If you run short, packs can be bought from the panel. Service notices don’t use the allowance.
What happens if a member unsubscribes from emails?
They stop receiving your venue’s emails from that moment, and it is checked again right before each one is sent, even if it was already queued.
Can I change the wording of the notices?
Yes. Every script can be edited, previewed before publishing and switched off. The built-in ones are created automatically with your venue.
Do notices reach people without the app?
By email, yes. The push notification only reaches people who have the app installed and notifications allowed.

What it costs to have this running
Pricing is published, with the email allowance each plan includes. Service notices are not charged.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
