Collect your membership fees without chasing anyone
BookrGo is management software for gyms and membership clubs: members by tier, recurring fees by card or direct debit, failed payments flagged automatically, QR sign-up at the front desk, classes with capacity limits and a waiting list, passes and email announcements. Your members book their place and pay from the iOS, Android and web app, and the money lands in the gym’s own account.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Members, fees, receipts, sign-ups and classes in one place. Plus your gym listed in a catalogue where people look for somewhere to train near home.

The first 9 months of charges, commission-free. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
The 1st of the month disappears into chasing payments
- Four payments bounce and you write to four people, one by one.
- A new member walks up to the desk and somebody has to fill in their form.
- And you find out about a cancellation the month after, when it is too late.
Management software charges you for the hours you sell. Ours also works the ones you don’t.
The studio on Tuesday morning costs the same full or empty. Your gym appears in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where people search by city for somewhere to train, and no separate subscription pays for that.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Collect the fee without chasing anyone
Each membership category has its fee and it charges itself every month, by card or by direct debit. The member picks and authorises it once, and the money lands in the gym’s account.
Members and fees →A failed payment shows up flagged
When a charge fails and never lands, the member’s record is flagged as unpaid and they get the notice. It is retried automatically and they keep getting in meanwhile. You see how many there are without reading the bank line by line.
Payments and deposits →Whoever bounces a payment stops getting in
A payment that had already landed and the bank pulls back weeks later is a different matter: that member is suspended on the spot and cannot book until they pay again. No list to go through, nobody to remove by hand.
Members and fees →They sign themselves up, right at the desk
A poster with your venue’s QR code, ready to print. Whoever scans it lands on your page and signs up; nobody fills in a form by hand.
Members and fees →Bring the members you already have, in one file
Upload the CSV with their emails and that is it: the first time each one signs in, their record is already there and they are enrolled with no further steps.
Members and fees →Write to your members without setting up a mailing tool
You pick who it goes to — everyone, managers or members — and it goes out by email with one-click unsubscribe. No exporting addresses anywhere.
Members and fees →A cancelled place goes to the next in line
Each class has its places and its waiting list. If somebody drops out at the last minute, the next in line gets in with no phone calls.
Classes and capacity →Sell ten sessions at once and get paid today
Passes by uses or by days, and your fees visible on the gym’s page: whoever lands there sees what you sell without calling.
Members and fees →The door opens with the booking
Access credentials valid only for the booked hour, with a record of who came in.
Access control →Try it without leaving the software you use today
The schedule travels over iCal, there is an API and webhooks, and members and bookings export to CSV whenever you want.
Integrations →And this is what somebody who isn’t a member yet sees
Every venue has a public page with hours, classes, fees and photos. It is the same page that shows up when somebody looks for where to train in their city.
What it actually costs you
| Collected online per month | With BookrGo, on the plan that costs you least | With a market percentage commission |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | 10 (Free) | 75 |
| 2,000 | 40 (Free) | 300 |
| 5,000 | 79 (Essential) | 750 |
| 10,000 | 99 (Grande) | 1,500 |
With BookrGo you pay 2% of what you collect online with no fee, and a fixed plan lowers it down to 0%: each row picks the plan that costs you least, plan fee included. Figures are in your own currency; plan fees are published in euros. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %). Players never pay a booking fee, and your members’ bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan.
The limits, before you ask
- The fee can go by direct debit, but there is no bank batch file: you don’t upload a debit run to your bank. Each member signs their own mandate once from their phone and it charges itself from then on.
- What gets cut is access, not the debt: we suspend the member whose payment came back, but we don’t chase what they owe, we don’t re-present the debit ourselves and we generate no remittance. The money is settled between the club and them.
- Capacity is controlled per CLASS, with its places and its waiting list. There is no live headcount for how many people are in the weights room right now.
- Membership fees are on every plan, including the free one. Member emails use marketing emails: the free plan includes none and they are bought in packs.
- Access control needs your own hardware and your own contract with the supplier: we issue the credentials, we don’t sell the turnstile.
- Payments run on Stripe: the gym needs its own account, and Stripe — not us — runs the verification.
Questions we always get
How much does it cost, and what does each plan include?
There are four plans, and every feature is on all of them. The percentage is taken from what you collect online. Free: 0 € a month and 2%; Essential: 19 € a month (190 € a year) and 1.2%; Club: 49 € a month (490 € a year) and 0.6%; Grande: 99 € a month (990 € a year) and 0%. What changes between plans is that commission and the allowance of campaign emails and invoices included each month. The plan fee is billed in euros, the commission is deducted from each online charge, and the player never pays a booking fee.
Do my members generate a fee every time they book?
No. Their bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan, however much they book: they don’t go through an online charge. The commission is a percentage of what you collect online — 2% with no fee, 0% on Grande — and a booking included in the membership is not a charge.
Can I set up direct debits for my members?
Yes: when authorising the fee, the member picks card or direct debit and signs the mandate right there, on screen. What there isn’t is a remittance: no file of debits is sent from your bank, because each member signs their own mandate instead of you generating it. It works where the club charges in euros — Spain, France, Ireland; direct debit only settles in euros, so a club charging in pounds uses card.
What happens when a payment bounces?
It depends which of the two it is. If the charge fails and never lands, the record moves to unpaid, the member gets the notice, it is retried automatically and they keep getting in meanwhile. If the bank returns a payment that had ALREADY been collected — the money left your account weeks later — that member is suspended on the spot and cannot book until they pay again, without you touching any list. A returned payment doesn’t restore itself: they restore it by paying again, and we don’t chase the debt for you.
Do I have to change payment provider?
No. Charges run through a Stripe account in the gym’s name and the money lands in your bank account. It never passes through ours.
Can I bring my member list across?
Yes, as a CSV. The first time each member signs in — or scans the QR at the desk — their record links itself and they are enrolled.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. With no fee, a month with no charges costs nothing; any paid plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and your members and bookings export to CSV with no permission to ask.
Do my members get a mobile app?
Yes. BookrGo has an iOS and Android app and also works in the browser: members book their place in classes, pay their fee or pass and get notifications on their phone. Anyone who doesn’t want to install anything does the same in the browser and, if your website runs on your own domain, manages their fee, passes and bookings from that site’s member area. The app is BookrGo’s, not one branded with your gym’s name.

Plans are published with their price and what each one includes. No call first, no custom quote.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
