Swimming pool management software: capacity per slot and season passes
BookrGo is management software for municipal, club and community swimming pools: each time slot is sold up to the capacity you set, the season pass is valid between two fixed dates and can carry the holder’s photo, the single-day ticket is one use on the day the buyer picks, and the front desk checks the pass at the door with a phone. If you charge online, the money lands in your account.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Sell each slot’s capacity, the season pass and the single-day ticket, and check at the door who comes in using a phone. The price is published and there is no lock-in.

The first 9 months of charges, commission-free. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
At the pool, capacity and passes are handled by hand
- People are counted at the door with a sheet or a clicker, and nobody knows how many places are left for six o’clock.
- The season pass is sold at the window, photo stuck on, and it expires whenever someone remembers.
- The ticket-office queue on a July Saturday, for a four-euro ticket.
Management software charges you for the hours you sell. Ours also works the ones you don’t.
Your pool appears in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where people already search for pools by city. And if entry is free there is no charge, so there is no commission either.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Each slot is sold up to its capacity
You set how many people fit in the pool in each slot and booking closes by itself when it reaches that number. Whoever books sees the places left.
Courses and places →The pass lasts as long as the season
You pick the start and end dates: whoever buys in July has the pass until the day the season ends, without counting “thirty days from today”. If you want, the pass requires the holder’s photo.
Members and fees →The day ticket is bought without the ticket office
One use, for the day the buyer picks (up to two months ahead). It arrives on their phone with its code and is only valid that day.
Members and fees →The door checks the pass with a phone
The front desk types or pastes the pass code and sees in big letters whether it can come in: valid, not started yet, expired, ticket already used or photo missing. Two reads in a row don’t use the ticket twice.
Access control →With nobody at the door, people check themselves in
A tablet shows a QR that changes every minute; each person reads it with their phone and is checked in if they have a live pass or a booking under way.
Access control →Swimming courses fill up without a paper list
Each course has its places and its waiting list: a cancelled place goes to the next in line with no phone calls.
Courses and places →The facility gets paid, not a middleman
If the pool charges, the money lands in its account and we deduct its plan’s percentage (2% with no fee, 0% on Grande). If it charges nothing, there is no fee to deduct.
Payments and deposits →And this is what someone looking for a nearby pool sees
Every pool has a public page with hours, location and how to get in. It is the same page that shows up when somebody searches for their town’s pool.
What it actually costs you
| Collected online per month | With BookrGo, on the plan that costs you least | With a market percentage commission |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | 10 (Free) | 75 |
| 2,000 | 40 (Free) | 300 |
| 5,000 | 79 (Essential) | 750 |
| 10,000 | 99 (Grande) | 1,500 |
With BookrGo you pay 2% of what you collect online with no fee, and a fixed plan lowers it down to 0%: each row picks the plan that costs you least, plan fee included. Figures are in your own currency; plan fees are published in euros. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %). Players never pay a booking fee, and your members’ bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan.
The limits, before you ask
- Capacity limits what is SOLD in each slot; it doesn’t count the people inside at any moment, because we don’t record exits. The legal head-count of the premises remains the lifeguard’s and your safety plan’s.
- The front desk checks the pass by typing or pasting its code, or with a QR reader that types; it doesn’t yet read the QR with the tablet’s camera. The kiosk, on the other hand, works with each person’s own phone camera.
- We don’t sell or install turnstiles or locks: to open a door with a booking you need your own hardware and your supplier contract; we issue the credentials.
- If the pool charges online it needs a Stripe account in the name of whoever runs it — the council, the club or its operator — and Stripe, not us, runs the verification.
Questions we always get
How much does it cost, and what does each plan include?
There are four plans, and every feature is on all of them. The percentage is taken from what you collect online. Free: 0 € a month and 2%; Essential: 19 € a month (190 € a year) and 1.2%; Club: 49 € a month (490 € a year) and 0.6%; Grande: 99 € a month (990 € a year) and 0%. What changes between plans is that commission and the allowance of campaign emails and invoices included each month. The plan fee is billed in euros, the commission is deducted from each online charge, and the player never pays a booking fee.
Can I limit how many people come in each slot?
Yes: you set the pool’s capacity as a space and each booking takes one place until that number is reached. What it limits is what is sold or booked, not a physical head-count at the door.
Can the pass carry a photo?
Yes, if you switch it on for the pass: the holder uploads their photo from their phone and, without it, the pass doesn’t let them in. The photo is private: only the holder and your team can see it, and it is deleted if the holder deletes their account.
Can I sell a single-day ticket?
Yes. It is a one-use ticket valid on the day the buyer picks, up to two months ahead. If that day passes unused, it expires.
What if the pool is municipal and free?
Then you pay nothing: the commission is a percentage of what is collected online (2% with no fee), and where there is no charge there is no commission. Capacity booking, the pass and the door work just the same.
Can we pay BookrGo’s fee by direct debit?
Yes, and it is the first option offered: it is debited from the club’s or the council’s account, with the mandate signed on screen and nobody having to produce a credit card.
Can we leave and take the data with us?
Yes. Bookings, members and entries export to CSV whenever you want, with no permission to ask and nobody to wait for, and there is no lock-in to cancel.
Does the ticket money go through you?
No. Charges run through a Stripe account in the name of whoever runs the pool and the money lands in their bank account; we only deduct the plan’s percentage from each online charge.

Plans are published with their price and what each one includes. No call first, no custom quote.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
