Whoever books, pays; whoever pays, shows up
BookrGo payments run through a Stripe account in your venue’s name: a deposit or upfront payment at booking, a cancellation rule that applies itself, memberships and passes with recurring billing, and payment by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local methods where your account has them enabled. The money lands in your bank, not ours, and your customer pays the price you set, with no booking fee.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Deposit, upfront payment and a cancellation rule that applies itself. Charges run through an account in your venue’s name and the money lands in your bank, not ours.
2% of what you collect online, no fee · or a plan from 19 € a month that lowers it down to 0%

The first 9 months of charges, commission-free. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
The money that leaks with nobody writing it down
- The one who booked Saturday and never showed.
- The refund that ended up negotiated over messages.
- And the booking fee your customer saw on screen that wasn’t yours.
2% of what you collect, and falling: you choose how to pay us.
With no fee you only pay when you get paid. If you prefer a fixed plan, from 19 € a month, the commission drops, and on Grande (99 € a month) it is zero. And with no fee, a month with no charges costs nothing.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
Deposit or upfront payment
You decide whether a booking is confirmed with part or with the full amount. The hour stops depending on somebody remembering.
Online booking →The cancellation rule applies itself
When somebody cancels late, the split between refunded and retained is decided in advance and isn’t negotiated case by case.
Your customer pays the price you set
No booking fee added to the player. What they see on screen is your price, not a fee of ours on top.
The money lands in your account
Charges go to an account in your venue’s name. There is no monthly payout of ours to wait for and no balance to claim.
Memberships and passes with recurring billing
A member fee charges itself every period — by card or by direct debit, their choice when they authorise it — and multi-use passes are sold and paid for today.
Members and fees →They pay with what’s already on their phone
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay with nothing to set up. Which extra local methods show up depends on the country and on what your venue’s payment account has enabled.
Everything exports to CSV whenever you want
Charges, bookings and members download for your accountant with no support ticket.
The limits, before you ask
- Direct debit only applies to the recurring fee. A one-off booking or a deposit runs on card: a debit takes days to clear and cannot hold anybody’s slot.
- There is direct debit, but there is no bank remittance file: you don’t generate a batch of debits to send to your bank. Each member signs their own mandate once, at sign-up.
- There is a minimum of 2 per charge, in your own currency: below that there is no online payment, so a token deposit of one euro or one pound doesn’t work. It is a payment-provider minimum, not a margin of ours.
- We don’t issue your invoices and we don’t do your accounting: we export the charge detail for whoever does.
- Stripe — not us — verifies the payment account: until verification is done you can take bookings but not charge for them.
- Our commission is net, but your payment provider charges its own on top: what you actually keep depends on the card and the country.
Questions we always get
How much does it cost, and what does each plan include?
There are four plans, and every feature is on all of them. The percentage is taken from what you collect online. Free: 0 € a month and 2%; Essential: 19 € a month (190 € a year) and 1.2%; Club: 49 € a month (490 € a year) and 0.6%; Grande: 99 € a month (990 € a year) and 0%. What changes between plans is that commission and the allowance of campaign emails and invoices included each month. The plan fee is billed in euros, the commission is deducted from each online charge, and the player never pays a booking fee.
Who is the merchant on the charge?
Your venue. The payment account is in its name and the money lands there directly; we deduct our fee from that same charge.
What about refunds and chargebacks?
Refunds are issued from the dashboard and follow the rule you set. Chargebacks are handled by your payment provider, because the charge is yours.
Is there a fee per person on a split booking?
Not per person: the commission is a percentage of what is collected, so a booking split four ways pays the same as one paid by a single person. It is four charges, though, each on its own card, and each can fail separately.
Can I collect the fee by direct debit?
Yes, on the recurring fee: the member picks card or direct debit when they authorise it and signs the mandate right there. It works where the club charges in euros — Spain, France, Ireland; direct debit only settles in euros, so a club charging in pounds uses card. If your venue’s payment account was created before direct debit existed, it needs enabling once: write to us and we request it.
What happens if a member’s membership payment is returned?
They are suspended on the spot: they stop being able to book until they pay again, and you change no list. It is different from a charge that fails and never lands, which is retried automatically and takes nobody’s access away. What we don’t do is chase the debt or generate a remittance: what gets cut is access, not the money.
What can a customer pay a booking with?
By card everywhere, Apple Pay and Google Pay included. Which extra local methods appear depends on the country and on what your venue’s payment account has enabled; if none is active, the charge still goes through by card. Direct debit is not an option here: it only applies to the recurring fee.
Can we pay our plan by direct debit instead of by card?
Yes. What your venue pays us can go by direct debit, and direct debit is in fact the first option on the sign-up screen, with card behind it. The mandate is signed right there, with no paperwork and no trip to your bank. Our plan is billed in euros, so direct debit works anywhere in the SEPA area, including from a UK account. This is separate from what your customers pay you, which runs through your venue’s own payment account.
What if my members book a lot?
Their bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan, however much they book: they don’t go through an online charge. What does carry it is what you collect online, fees included, at your plan’s rate.

Pricing, published
Every plan with its price and what it includes — no call first, no custom quote.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
