Run the tournament without a spreadsheet or clashing courts
BookrGo tournaments are set up from the venue panel: categories with their own capacity and price, pairs or individual sign-up with a waiting list, the entry fee collected into your account, and a draw in Americano, Mexicano, round robin or single elimination. When the draw is generated, every match books its court in the same schedule that sells your hours, and results and standings are published on the tournament page.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
You open sign-ups, the waiting list handles drop-outs, the draw books the courts in your schedule and results go up on a public page.
What a tournament costs you today
- Sign-ups arrive over WhatsApp and get copied into a sheet.
- A pair drops out on Thursday and someone has to call the next one.
- And on Saturday somebody booked a court that belonged to the draw.
The draw isn’t a sheet on the wall: it is bookings in your schedule.
When you generate the draw, every match takes its court with the same lock as an ordinary booking. If a court was already taken, nothing is half-generated: it tells you which court and at what time, and nothing is touched.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
The spot that frees up goes to the next in line
Once the category is full, sign-ups join the waiting list without being charged. If someone withdraws, the first one on the list moves up, in order of arrival.
Several categories in one tournament
Men’s, women’s, mixed, by level or by age, each with its own capacity, price and draw.
The entry fee is paid on sign-up
The money goes into your venue’s account. If someone withdraws or you cancel the tournament, the refund goes out on its own.
Payments and deposits →Americano, Mexicano, round robin or knockout
In a Mexicano each round is paired from the previous round’s standings. In a knockout, the winner moves on by itself.
Players enter the results
A player proposes the score and the opponent confirms it. Anything disputed, or left 48 hours without an answer, lands in an inbox for you to settle.
A public page for each tournament
Matches, courts, times, results, prizes and sponsors, on a shareable page that updates itself.
The club website →The limits, before you ask
- The schedule runs as one continuous block from the start time: there are no leagues played over weekly rounds and no consolation draw.
- A category’s gender, level and age are published, but they don’t stop anyone from signing up: checking who gets in is still the organiser’s job.
- Charging the entry fee requires payments switched on. And someone who moves up from the waiting list into a paid category is left pending payment; they are not charged automatically.
Questions we always get
Can a pair sign up when only one of them has an account?
Yes. The partner can be another user or just a name typed in by the person signing up. In Americano and Mexicano sign-up is individual.
What if a court is already booked at the draw’s time?
The draw isn’t generated and it tells you which court and time clash. No customer booking is cancelled to make room.
Which sports does it support?
When you create the tournament from the panel you choose padel, tennis or football, and the standings use that sport’s scoring rule. Americano and Mexicano are rotating-pairs formats designed for padel.
How much does it cost to run a tournament?
Tournaments aren’t paid for separately. If you collect the entry fee online, that charge carries your plan’s percentage, like any other online charge; you set the entry price.

What it costs to have this running
Pricing is published, with what each plan includes. If you charge nothing in a month, you pay nothing.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
