Your tennis club, with the courts full midweek
BookrGo is management software for tennis clubs, built for whoever runs the club: 60- or 90-minute bookings set court by court, member fees with recurring billing, a coaching school by groups with a waiting list, payments that land in the club’s own account, and an iOS, Android and web app where your members book a court and find an opponent through open matches. It works the same if the club also has padel courts: each court has its own sport, slot length and price.
What it costs: 0 € a month plus 2% of what you collect online, or a plan at 19 €, 49 € or 99 € a month that lowers that commission to 1.2%, 0.6% and 0%. No lock-in: the monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you want, and every feature is on every plan.
Bookings as long as you decide, membership fees, your school and the club tournament in one place. Plus your page where people look for tennis.

The first 9 months of charges, commission-free. Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
Monday to Thursday the club belongs to the regulars, and there aren’t many
- A tennis booking doesn’t fit in an hour, and at two hours the whole afternoon is gone.
- Midweek only fee-paying members turn up: the one-off court sits empty.
- And the six o’clock floodlights go on the same for one court as for four.
Your management software costs the same with a full club and an empty one. Ours only charges when a payment comes in.
Meanwhile your page sits in BookrGo’s public catalogue, where somebody who just moved to your city — and doesn’t know you exist — is searching. And you can look at how many people searched for you before deciding anything.
Look yourself up: your venue is already there
You don’t have to take our word for it. The catalogue is public and your venue may already be listed without you doing anything: open it, look yourself up and check your page. What you see there is exactly what somebody who doesn’t know you yet sees today.
What stops being your problem
A tennis slot lasts as long as you say
Bookings of 60, 90 or 120 minutes, court by court, with a per-member cap and how far ahead anyone can book.
Online booking →A morning court can’t cost what Saturday costs
Price by court, weekday, time slot and season. The quiet hour goes cheap without touching the weekend rate.
Payments and deposits →A cancelled court goes to whoever was waiting
A waiting list with its order: when somebody cancels, the first in line is notified and has a deadline to take it before it moves on.
Online booking →The membership fee charges itself
Member tiers with their price and their offer, and recurring billing, on every plan including the free one. What we take is your plan’s percentage: 2% with no fee, 0% on Grande.
Members and fees →The tennis school, group by group
Each group with its day, time and spots; the coming weeks’ sessions generate themselves and the coach takes the register in each one.
Classes and capacity →The one-off visitor pays when booking
A deposit or upfront payment for non-members, who can book without creating an account or downloading anything. The money lands in the club’s account, not in ours.
Payments and deposits →At eight in the morning nobody needs to be there with the keys
The access code is tied to the booked hour: it opens for whoever has a court, and only while they have it.
Access control →The club’s page, under the club’s name
Court photos, opening hours, fees and your own domain. You change it when the summer timetable changes, and it publishes itself.
How it works →Today’s schedule stays where it is
iCal sync lets both schedules live side by side while you decide, and there is an API and webhooks for the rest.
Integrations →This is what somebody new to your city sees
Your page shows the courts, the surface, the timetable and the price of each slot, and booking happens right there. It is what somebody looking for tennis nearby sees when they don’t know which club to call.
What it actually costs you
| Collected online per month | With BookrGo, on the plan that costs you least | With a market percentage commission |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | 10 (Free) | 75 |
| 2,000 | 40 (Free) | 300 |
| 5,000 | 79 (Essential) | 750 |
| 10,000 | 99 (Grande) | 1,500 |
With BookrGo you pay 2% of what you collect online with no fee, and a fixed plan lowers it down to 0%: each row picks the plan that costs you least, plan fee included. Figures are in your own currency; plan fees are published in euros. The right-hand column applies the usual market range (5-15 %). Players never pay a booking fee, and your members’ bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan.
The limits, before you ask
- The recurring fee can go by direct debit, but the member activates it themselves: there is no bank remittance, the club does not generate a file of debits for its bank.
- Capacity is controlled per class, not per open time slot: a court is booked whole; single spots on a court hour are not sold.
- The club tournament is organised and followed here — entries, groups, draw and results — but the entry fee isn’t charged online: that goes through fees, passes or the desk.
- Charging requires a Stripe account in the club’s name, and Stripe runs the verification: until it finishes you can take bookings, but not payments.
Questions we always get
How much does it cost, and what does each plan include?
There are four plans, and every feature is on all of them. The percentage is taken from what you collect online. Free: 0 € a month and 2%; Essential: 19 € a month (190 € a year) and 1.2%; Club: 49 € a month (490 € a year) and 0.6%; Grande: 99 € a month (990 € a year) and 0%. What changes between plans is that commission and the allowance of campaign emails and invoices included each month. The plan fee is billed in euros, the commission is deducted from each online charge, and the player never pays a booking fee.
Can I have 90-minute bookings?
Yes, and court by court: one can run in 60-minute slots and another in 90. You also set how many bookings a member can hold and how far ahead.
Do fee-paying members generate a commission every time they play?
No. Their bookings made with their account carry no commission on any plan, however much they book: they don’t go through an online charge. What does carry it is what you charge them online — fees and passes — at your plan’s rate, which is zero on Grande.
Can I bring the members I already have?
Yes: they import from a CSV file with name, email and tier. Each one completes sign-up, and that is when their fee starts being charged.
What happens when a member cancels at the last minute?
The cancellation rule you set for that court applies, and the freed hour is offered to whoever was on the waiting list.
Do I have to drop the schedule I use now?
Not while you decide: both live together over iCal, so you can open just a couple of courts and see what midweek does.
Is there a lock-in or a minimum fee?
No. If you close for works one month and charge nothing, you pay nothing, and your bookings and members export to CSV whenever you want.
Does the money from bookings and fees go through you?
No. Charges run through a Stripe account in the club’s name and the money lands in your bank account; we only deduct your plan’s percentage from each online charge.
Do my members get a mobile app?
Yes. BookrGo has an iOS and Android app and also works in the browser: members book a court, pay their fee or their pass and get notifications on their phone. One-off visitors book as guests, without an account. The app is BookrGo’s, not one branded with your club’s name: your brand goes on the club website, under your domain.
Does it have community features, like finding an opponent?
Yes. A member posts an open match, singles or doubles, with the level they are looking for, and others join from the app, with a chat for the match; you decide, court by court, whether those matches are visible to anyone or only to your community. The paid-entry tournaments the club runs are played in pairs, by category, with courts blocked automatically.

Do the maths with your own club’s hours
Put in the hours that sit empty today and look at the number. Every plan has its price published, and none of them asks for a call before showing it.
If you are still comparing, start with the plans: the price is published and there is nobody to talk to first. If you have already made up your mind, skip the table: you look your venue up by name, claim it, and pick a plan afterwards. Claiming your page is free.
