Launch promotion terms
In short: any venue that switches payments on with BookrGo pays us nothing for 9 months — no booking commission, no plan fee, no other service of ours. There are no limited seats and no savings cap. Payment gateway fees are not included, and when the term ends the published rate starts to be charged. The detail is below.
Terms in force on 8 September 2026. They always reflect the values the system applies right now.
1.Who is offering the promotion
BookrGo, the sports booking platform operated by Carlos Bernal, based in Spain. For any question about these terms: hola@bookrgo.app.
2.Who can take part
Any sports venue with a claimed listing on BookrGo, with no limited seats and no first-come order. While the promotion is open, the offer is the same for everyone.
- The booking commission stops being charged automatically when you switch online payments on (verified Stripe account). There is nothing to apply for.
- Services you take out (Club plan, ad-free, featured visibility and the rest) are granted with the free months at the moment you take them out.
- Claiming your listing and having your venue page are free for any venue, with or without the promotion.
3.What it includes
During the promotion, the venue pays BookrGo none of its billable items:
- The commission on what you collect online, which outside the promotion is 2% with no fee and drops with the plan you choose.
- The plan fee, which outside the promotion starts at 19,00 € per month per venue depending on the tier you choose.
- The add-ons included in that plan: your own domain with the venue's branding, and facility access control.
- The other services BookrGo charges for itself and that are bought separately, such as featured visibility in discovery or the venue page package.
4.What it does NOT include
- Payment gateway fees. Stripe charges them directly on each payment, not BookrGo, and they apply just as they do to any business accepting cards.
- Any applicable taxes and the venue's own tax obligations towards its customers.
5.How long it lasts
9 months from each venue's start date, with no savings cap: it does not matter how much it ends up taking through BookrGo during that time.
The end date is set on the start date and is not recalculated later. That is what makes closing the promotion or shortening the term for future entries unable to take months away from anyone already in.
6.Payment method and first charge
Services you take out ask for a payment method when you sign up, even though nothing is charged that day: what is given away is the months, not the payment method. The first charge has a firm date from the outset and can be checked in the dashboard.
- Before that first charge we send two email reminders: 14 and 3 days in advance.
- You can cancel at any time before that date from the dashboard, at no cost and with no explanation needed.
7.What happens when it ends
The venue moves to the rates published on the plans page, with no lock-in and no penalty: it can continue, change plan or stop using BookrGo whenever it wants, and its data is its own and exportable.
8.Compatibility with other offers
Each service's own free trial does not stack with this promotion: whichever ends later applies, which is always at least as good for the venue. A one-off service has no first charge to defer, so only the discount part of this promotion reaches it. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.Changing and closing the promotion
BookrGo may withdraw the promotion or stop accepting new venues at any time and without notice, and may change the term for future entries. Those changes are NOT applied retroactively: a venue already enrolled keeps the end date set on its start date.
For venues already enrolled, BookrGo may also end the promotion early with 30 days' notice, or immediately if it detects fraudulent or abusive use (for example, fake bookings or duplicate listings to stretch the period). In both cases the venue moves to the published rates, with no lock-in and no penalty, and keeps all of its data.
Governing law: Spanish law.
